Estimated cost in US dollars = lot area in square feet × US$12,000 ÷ 4,500.
Estimated cost in Belize dollars = lot area in square feet × BZ$24,000 ÷ 4,500.
For example, a 75 × 100 ft lot has 7,500 sq ft. Using this calculation, its estimated fill cost is BZ$40,000 / US$20,000.
